Beth Garrison is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania, Licensed Behavior Analyst in the states of Virginia and New York, and holds a Master’s Degree in Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University. Since 2009, she has worked as a Behavior Specialist Consultant for various insurance providers in the Philadelphia area. She has also worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst creating and implementing ABA acquisition and reduction programs for multiple school districts and intermediate units in the Philadelphia area. With experience in organizational development and instructional design, she has served as a Director of Training and Development, supervising staff working in the field, as well as designing and implementing competency based trainings for staff. Beth has also served as a Clinical Director where she managed a team of clinical supervisors and clinical care coordinators, and served as a clinical lead for ABA programs for children diagnosed with developmental disabilities.

Beth is the former CEO of an adult services division where she was charged with developing and maintaining quality clinical services for adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities in the state of Pennsylvania. She currently is the Senior Consultant for Shaping Development, LLC, an organization committed to helping people shape individual, staff, and organizational development. In her spare time, Beth serves as the CEO of Operant Coffee, LLC, a company that is committed to combining her love of behavior analysis and coffee, by disseminating behavior analysis and helping people serve amazing coffee.

Beth is an Adjunct Instructor for Temple University where she teaches basic and applied level courses in Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as “Careers in Psychology” courses. Beth also serves on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Center for Autistic Advancement.
