532: Start with Hospitality
The question we sometimes ask interviewees is, “What is more important, quality, or hospitality?” Spoiler, it’s a trick question and the answer we like to hear usually is “Both”.
Well, today on the show we will dive into why the answer should actually be hospitality and how our approach to this question and the order in which we pursue things actually can limit our potential or set us up for massive impact and growth.
